Once you are ready to enroll your child with us, please set up an appointment so we can best assist you. We will be glad to take the time to inform you about everything you need to know, including the relevant paperwork. FAQ’s

Q: What are you business hours?

A: Our business hours are Monday through Friday:

North Side 7:00 am to 5:30pm

South Side 6:30am to 5:30pm

Q: What are you tour hours?

A: Tour hours are from 9:30am to 11:00am and from 2:30pm to 4:00pm weekdays. We recommend visiting our center while the children are most active around meal times and nap times.  You may call ahead to make an appointment or feel free to walk in.

Q: Do you provide transportation?

A: No. Transportation is not provided.

Q: What meals does your center offer?

A: Our center follows CACFP nutrition guidelines and we provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack for our children.

Q: How old do your children have to be to enroll at the center?

A: We accept children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

Q: After I receive a tour and decide to enrol my child(ren) what steps do I take?

A: Please consult with the Executive Director or Assistant Early Childcare Director before enrolling your child at our center to ensure that an available slot is open for your child(ren) and to complete an orientation.  Also, if you are enrolling your chid(ren) using Milwaukee County Assistance you may use our provider and location numbers as follows:

Q: Is a copayment required? Are there any other fees?

A: Yes.  Our parents are required to pay a $40 monthly copayment fee per family.  You can make arrangements to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly-see the Executive Director or Assistant Early Childcare Director.  Also, for our school-aged children, we ask that parents pay a summer camp fee of $50 which covers weekly field-trips for the entire summer.

Q: Are you open on holidays or when school is not in session?

A: No. Our center is closed during most observed holidays ( see are center closing list) and during severe, inclement weather.  Keep in mind that if MPS is closed, our center will be closed.  You can always check with your local news channels for a regular posting of businesses closed, we try our best to provide an advanced notice to our parents when closings permits.  Also, please do not bring your child to the center if your child is suspended or cannot attend classes. We do not have staff to accommodate school-age children, we provide care to them during summer camp only.
